With a commitment to innovation, professionalism, and excellence, we manage over 680+ properties and employ a dedicated team of over 240+ professionals.About the roleAs a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all pest control activities within our 600+ properties in Dubai & FujairahResponsibilities

• Perform routine treatments and follow-up visits to ensure the effectiveness of pest control measures, monitor for reinfestation, and address any new pest-related concerns.

• Keep accurate records of inspections, treatments, and recommendations for each client, ensuring all paperwork is completed promptly and in compliance with company standards.
• Use various pest control methods and equipment, including pesticides, traps, and baits, to exterminate pests safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify pest infestations;

• Inspect customers\' premises to identify required measurement of the area in need of treatment pest problems.
• Communicate with office staff in order to schedule services with customers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations;

• Adjust chemical mixtures according to the size of the infested areas.
• Maintain accurate records of all pest control activities;

• Provide regular reports to management on pest control activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Municipality approved valid certificates/ license required.
• Valid UAE Driving License Required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a pest control technician required.
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written);
• Good computer and administration as well as software skills;
