Job Description

The Pest Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the pest control operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, compliance with local regulations, and customer satisfaction. The role involves supervising technicians, planning schedules, monitoring performance, and ensuring the safe and effective implementation of pest control measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily pest control operations across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Assign tasks to pest control technicians and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Monitor service completion and ensure timely execution of scheduled jobs.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct inspections to ensure all pest control services are carried out in compliance with company standards and UAE regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure proper use of chemicals and equipment following safety protocols.
• Team Supervision:
• Train, guide, and evaluate pest control technicians to maintain high performance.
• Conduct regular safety and technical training sessions.
• Resolve staff or operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Customer Relations:
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding pest prevention and control.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all pest control activities comply with UAE health and safety regulations and local municipality requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of pesticide usage and ensure proper storage and disposal.
• Oversee the maintenance and calibration of pest control equipment.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports, performance updates, and inventory records.
• Document incidents, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with management on operational updates and challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pest control, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certifications: Certified by relevant UAE authority for pest control operations.
• Strong knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and control methods.
• Familiarity with UAE pest control regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license.
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
• Physically fit and able to work in diverse environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
