The Pest Control Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the pest control department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry regulations. This role involves managing a team of technicians, scheduling, training, and maintaining equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operations Management :
• Oversee daily operations of pest control services.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor and evaluate service performance and quality.
• Team Management :
• Recruit, train, and supervise pest control technicians.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Develop and implement training programs.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Customer Service :
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct site visits and assessments as needed.
• Scheduling and Logistics :
• Plan and schedule pest control services.
• Optimize technician routes and schedules for efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery of services.
• Inventory and Equipment Management :
• Maintain and manage inventory of pest control products and equipment.
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Order supplies as needed and manage vendor relationships.
• Financial Management :
• Develop and manage department budget.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
• Compliance and Reporting :
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in business management, agriculture, entomology, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in pest control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Certifications : Pest control certification/license as required by state regulations.
• Skills :
