Job Overview:

As a Personal Loans Sales Representative , you will be responsible for driving sales of our personal loan products, building relationships with potential customers, and providing exceptional service throughout the loan application process. You will be expected to meet sales targets, educate customers on our loan offerings, and ensure a seamless, positive experience for each client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales: Actively generate new business by reaching out to potential clients, identifying customer needs, and recommending suitable personal loan products.
• Customer Engagement: Provide personalized advice and guidance to customers, answering questions and helping them understand their financial options.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for personal loans and related products.
• Application Process: Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided, and facilitate a smooth approval process.
• Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on market trends, loan products, and competitor offerings to better position our products to customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or personal loans (1 years).
• Strong understanding of financial products, particularly personal loans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage customers, build rapport, and close sales.
• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
