1. Motivating and guiding clients during their training sessions, providing innovative and challenging exercises to keep clients engaged and motivated.
2. Demonstrate or explain how to perform various exercises and routines to minimize injuries and improve fitness.
3. Provide customer service by assisting patrons and clients via spotting, answering questions on exercise and techniques as well as demonstrations on fitness equipment.
4. Creating and maintaining positive, professional, and trusting relationships with clients.
5. Promote classes, services, and promotions.
•Required Skills/Abilities: •
• Personal training certification, First aid and CPR qualification
• Knowledge of various fitness programs, from basic exercises to more challenging training sessions
• Good understanding of the human body and nutrition o Friendly and outgoing personality and the ability to inspire clients
