Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Female Personal Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to design and implement personalized workout programs, monitor their progress, and motivate them to achieve their fitness goals. As part of our tech-driven approach, you'll also leverage the SafeFit app to enhance the training experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Training & Development:
• Assess clients' fitness levels and goals during one-on-one consultations.
• Develop and implement tailored fitness programs to suit individual needs.
• Provide guidance on exercise techniques, injury prevention, and recovery.
• Technology Utilization:
• Use the SafeFit app to manage client profiles, schedule sessions, and share progress updates.
• Help clients connect the SafeFit app to studio TVs and speakers for interactive workouts.
• Engagement & Support:
• Motivate clients to reach their fitness goals through encouragement and accountability.
• Conduct periodic fitness assessments and adjust training plans as needed.
• Business Development:
• Build and maintain a strong personal brand through the SafeFit platform.
• Showcase videos, create engaging workout plans, and attract potential clients.
• Offer specialized training sessions or packages tailored to client preferences.
• Studio Support:
• Ensure the studio equipment is in good condition before and after each session.
• Adhere to SafeFit's operational guidelines and ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
• Qualifications:
• Certification in Personal Training, Fitness Instruction, or a related field (REPS).
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach.
• Experience in creating personalized training programs for diverse clients.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and wellness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
• Ability to use fitness apps and technology to enhance client experience.
