Monitor and track member progress, making adjustments to their routines as needed
Offer nutritional guidance and advice to complement fitness programs
Maintain a clean and safe workout environment, ensuring equipment is in good working order
Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with members
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and certifications
