Key Responsibilities

Personal Training:
? Conduct thorough assessments using fitness testing, movement analysis, and other data-driven methods to understand client goals, current physical condition, and potential limitations.
? Create individualized fitness programs based on scientific principles, such as progressive overload, periodization, and biomechanical efficiency, tailored to the client's needs, goals, and fitness level.
? Monitor and track client progress through measurable metrics (e.g., strength, endurance, mobility) and adjust training plans accordingly to ensure optimal results.
? Educate clients on the scientific rationale behind their training program, promoting an understanding of how specific exercises and strategies enhance performance and well-being.
? Keep detailed records of client progress, goals, and adjustments.

Class Instruction:
? Plan and lead a variety of group fitness classes (e.g., HIIT, Strength Training, Functional Fitness, Group Cycling (preferably Technogym concept), Yoga, Pilates) ensuring they are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with the overall health and fitness philosophy of The Bridge Hub.
? Utilize principles from exercise science to design class programs that incorporate appropriate intensity, volume, and recovery strategies to maximize participant progress.
? Monitor participants' form and provide guidance to prevent injury.
? Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages group interaction and personal growth.
? Ensure a safe and clean environment for all class participants.

? Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and industry knowledge.
? Provide ongoing education to clients about evidence-based approaches to fitness, nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention.
? Collaborate with other fitness staff to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
? Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
? Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations specific to the UAE and gym policies
