DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Personal Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
  • Provide secretarial services and secure the office as well as information
  • Organize for timely requisition of office supplies
  • Support information sharing between various departments
  • Receive, attend to and direct clients as required
  • Manage and update office diary, organize appointments as well meetings and follow up on deadlines, commitments made etc
  • Create and maintain appropriate record and filing systems for the office
  • Assist in drafting official correspondences
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related working experience
  • Must have good computer knowledge with excellent typing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Female candidates are required
  • Candidates in the UAE can apply
