seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Loan Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling personal loan products to prospective clients, ensuring a seamless loan application process, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and approach potential customers to generate leads for personal loans.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
- Customer Engagement: Provide detailed information to clients about personal loan products, including terms, interest rates, and repayment plans.
- Application Processing: Assist clients in completing loan applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
- Credit Assessment: Work with the credit team to assess the creditworthiness of applicants and follow up on loan approvals and disbursements.
- Customer Service: Maintain regular contact with clients to address their queries and provide updates on their loan application status.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of financial products and personal loan processes.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
