Personal Loan Sales Officer (direct Sales)
Job Description
The role will include on boarding new customers for Personal Finance. This Job requires a high level of relationship building, Account Management, and excellent communication skills.
Prospect in targeted segments that require meeting standards in phone calls, and face-to-face visits.
Present and sell all Retail banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical & professional manner.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.
Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training, and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
