We are looking for motivated and customer-centric professionals to join us as Personal Loan Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, and Team Leaders. In these roles, you will play a key part in delivering tailored financial solutions, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell personal loan products to potential customers in the UAE market.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic networking and market research.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized solutions and exceptional service.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.

Conduct detailed financial needs assessments to recommend suitable loan solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and financial regulations.

Manage and guide sales teams (for Team Leaders) to ensure optimal performance and target achievement.

Facilitate smooth customer experiences by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring efficient loan processing.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal loan sales within the UAE market.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build trust.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Leadership experience (for Team Leader role) with a focus on driving team performance.

Candidates must be currently available in the UAE for in-person interviews.
