? Key Responsibilities:

? Achieve and exceed

monthly personal loan sales targets

Prospect & acquire

new customers through effective lead generation

Build strong relationships

and provide

personalized loan solutions

? Explain loan products, terms, and conditions transparently
? Conduct thorough

Know Your Customer (KYC) checks

and verify creditworthiness
? Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of personal loan sales experience

in a UAE

banking or financial institution

? Strong knowledge of

banking products & financial services

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
?

Fluency in Arabic (Mandatory) and English
