Job Description

Responsibilities:Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities for personal loans.Product Promotion: Present and explain our personal loan products to clients, highlighting features and benefits to meet their financial needs.Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the loan application process.Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.Documentation: Assist clients with the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and submitted accurately.Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and other relevant metrics to management.Required Skills:Minimum of one year experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in any business-related course finance, or a related field preferred.Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to explain financial products and services clearly to clients.Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing excellent service.Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
