Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Personal Loan Associate to join our Dubai team. In this role, you will assist clients in finding the best personal loan options, guide them through the application process, and ensure exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to assess their loan needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Facilitate loan applications and documentation.
• Stay updated on personal loan market trends.
• Offer outstanding customer support and resolve inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Experience in financial advisory, loan processing, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Knowledge of the UAE financial market is a plus.
• Freshers with Home Country Experience are also welcome.
