Prospect in targeted segments that require meeting standards in phone calls, and face-to-face visits.Present and sell all Retail banking products & services especially personal loans to potential customers in an ethical & professional manner.Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities.Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training, and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud training.Requirements:Minimum one year Sales experience of Personal Loan Sales in UAE.Ability to identify potential CustomersExcellent interpersonal/relationship management skills and problem-solving abilityStrong verbal/written communication skillsHighly driven, self-motivated, target orientated individualDemonstrate a willingness to learn and growSkill SetSales profile that requires confidence, persistence, Positive Attitude, and Good Communication skillsGood knowledge of personal loans, service policies, and processes in Banks.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Experience:
