Meal Preparation: Prepare daily meals breakfast, lunch, and dinner that meet the
employers nutritional and dietary requirements creativity in menu planning, emphasizing variety and balance.
Nutritional Expertise: Knowledgeable in both macro and micronutrients, able to plan
meals according to specific health and fitness goals. Must be capable of calculating and tracking macronutrients for each meal.
Shopping and Ingredient Selection: Responsible for grocery and produce shopping,
ensuring all ingredients are natural, high-quality, and without processed or packaged elements preference for organic and locally sourced items where possible.
Clean and Hygienic Practices: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
Dietary Management: Integrate knowledge of desi cuisine into daily meal preparations
while ensuring all dishes are made from scratch with natural ingredients.
Innovation and Creativity: Regularly develop and introduce new recipes to provide a
diverse and palatable range of dishes. Must have a refined palate and experience in gourmet cooking.
Technology and Record Keeping: Able to use nutritional tracking apps such as
MyFitnessPal to log meals prepared, ensuring alignment with dietary goals. Additional Responsibilities:
Protocol and Discretion: Understand and adhere to the highest household protocol and
discretion standards. Previous experience in prestigious environments highly regarded.
Presentation Skills: Expertise in formal dining and presentation, capable of serving high-
profile guests with impeccable standards.
Flexibility and Availability: Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and
holidays, to accommodate the household's schedule.
Cultural and Dietary Sensitivity: Respect and cater to various dietary preferences and
restrictions, demonstrating cultural sensitivity.
Advanced Culinary Techniques: Utilize advanced culinary techniques and a broad
knowledge of international cuisines to craft diverse and appealing menus.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other household staff to ensure seamless
service and a harmonious working environment. Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree, diploma, or certificate in Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or a related
field.
Experience: Proven experience as a chef with a strong focus on nutrition and dietary

Skills:
