If you are driven by data, passionate about strategy crafting, then this role is just for you.WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BESustain a data-based understanding of performance and KPIs and develop actions to unlock growth opportunities and mitigate risks at the MET PC level.Support in delivering market share ambition through data-based insights.Fully own and drive in-year BU P&L performance.Achieve Right Pricing and Place through detailed analysis of SPI and TDP and the development of the right actions.Translate BG ambitions into a localized BU strategy.Define and implement local portfolio strategies, nurturing local jewels and brand activities.Collaborate with the marketing team to crack the Unilever premiumization model with a solid building block.Lead Category NRM Deep Dives, utilizing the 5 Levers of NRM to come up with value-creating initiatives.Lead NRM tool development/implementation along with global teams.Lead NRM trainings to build the teams capabilities.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences & Qualifications5+ years of experience in FMCG or data analytics, FMCG consulting, or trade category management.Sufficient knowledge and hands-on experience in Nielsen data, sales data, and financials.Deep understanding and experience of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management.Experience in interpreting and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on the latest developments and advancements in data analysis methodologies and tools.SkillsLogical and systematic thinking with strong analytical power and data sensitivity.Strong financial acumen and experience in driving operational excellence.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel and Power BI.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data analysis and reporting.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.LeadershipYou are an inclusive motivator of people.
