Job Description

Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant to the CEO provides high-level support, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management:

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Manage and prioritize the CEO's daily schedule

Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

Draft, review, and send correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

Administrative Support:

Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.

Organize and maintain files and records.

Meeting Coordination:

Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and materials.

Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.

This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of the CEO's operations and enhancing productivity across the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
