We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Personal Assistant / Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to senior staff and team members. - Manage and organize calendars, schedules, and appointments. - Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. - Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning. - Maintain office supplies and handle basic office maintenance tasks. - Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. - Assist with HR tasks, including onboarding and maintaining employee records. - Ensure the office environment is welcoming, organized, and efficient. Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in office administration or as a Personal Assistant. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. - High level of confidentiality and professionalism. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. - Previous experience in managing office systems or HR tasks is a plus. Requirements: - Nationality: Philippine. - Must have transportation (own vehicle preferred). - Valid flexible VISA. - Staff accommodation is available. - Gender: Male or Female.
