Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide executive-level support and ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Schedule Management: Plan and organize the daily schedule, including meetings, travel, and appointments.
Communication & Correspondence: Handle emails, calls, and messages.
Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Confidential Document Handling: Prepare reports, presentations, and manage sensitive documents with discretion.
Administrative Support: Handle expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
