Job Description

Main responsibilities:
  • Act as the point of contact between the Company CEO and direct family members and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments in cooperation with CEOs assistants abroad with a different time zone.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Take dictation and minutes.
  • Produce presentations and briefs as needed.
  • Emphasis and focus on driving the CEO and family to meetings, hotels, restaurants, etc.
  • Help them in carrying laptops, documents, luggage, etc.
