Description: We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the daily activities and needs of the Executive. The ideal candidate who is resourceful, proactive, and capable of managing a variety of tasks with efficiency and discretion. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the Executives working life and communication. Should be smart talented and with Personal Assistant Experience. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Executives schedule and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with personal errands and household management.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive.
  • Excellent Communication skills - Written and Verbal (Arabic and English)
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the Executives needs and schedule.
  • Ability to travel with the Executive locally and outside UAE as required.
Preferred:
  • Male candidate
  • Available to join immediately or on a short notice
  • Salary: AED 2000 plus other benefits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
