The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in a fast-paced real estate environment in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks effectively. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a critical role in enabling the Managing Director to focus on strategic initiatives by handling administrative responsibilities and ensuring smooth operations within the office. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior management and contribute to the success of our real estate projects. Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and projects. - Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed. - Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and participants are prepared in advance. - Maintain an organized filing system and ensure documents are easily accessible and up-to-date. - Assist in project management tasks, including tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables. - Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes. - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Support the Managing Director in personal tasks as required, ensuring a seamless work-life balance. - Assist in the preparation of budgets, reports, and financial documents related to the Managing Director's projects.



Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor. - Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a team player. - High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. - Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
