Cheval Maison Expo City Dubai is renowned for its luxury hospitality and exceptional guest experiences. We are currently seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to support our General Manager in maintaining smooth operations and delivering excellence.


About the Role:



As a Personal Assistant to the General Manager, you will play a vital role in managing schedules, communications, and key administrative tasks, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle a wide range of executive duties.


Key Responsibilities:


• Manage the General Manager's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Handle all correspondence, including emails, calls, and letters, ensuring prompt responses and follow-up.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items to ensure timely follow-up.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the General Manager.
• Maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Coordinate special projects and events as assigned by the General Manager.


Qualifications:


• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within the hospitality or luxury hotel industry.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
