  • To welcome visitors to our school and deal with queries from families, visitors, staff and children.
  • To support the administration and organisation of trips and visits.
  • To facilitate the transfer of documents to and from Aldar HQ.
  • To maintain with accuracy the school database including parent portal and MIS.
  • Supporting the receptionist at busy times.
  • To follow the policies and procedures as detailed by the school.
  • To take responsibility of the SOPs (Standard Operating Processes) as part of the Academy's Admissions and Registration processes
  • Manage the SLTs\' diary.
  • Provide the SLT with confidential administrative support on matters related to staff.
  • Act as a confidential channel of communication with staff/parents and outside agencies and maintain good relationships with all students, parents/carers, colleagues and external agencies.
  • To be responsible for any correspondence, reports and other information, as requested by the Principal /SLT
  • Assist in any arrangements for visitors.
  • To attend meetings, document actions arising from meetings attended by Principal, Management Team and self. Prepare, take, type and circulate minutes and record information and action points
  • Carry out any other duties, commensurate with the post, which, from time to time, may be necessary for the good order of the academy, as directed by the Principal/SLT.
  • To oversee the parent communication for primary, ensuring items are circulated, and prioritised in terms of importance and urgency for the Principal/SLT.
  • Manage procurement processes
  • Manage internal IT systems such as iSAMs, Testwise, Accelerated Reader
  • To support in the translation of documents
  • To screen phone calls, enquiries and requests and handle them when appropriate
  • Uphold and demonstrate explicitly the vision, values and aims of the school and to actively contribute to their development.
  • Carry out background research and present findings
  • Provide hospitality for meetings as required

  • Minimum diploma / degree of higher education; or Related industry qualification, of graduate level, for the assigned functional area(s).

  • 5+ Years\' Experience in similar role
