DescriptionROLE PURPOSE:To assist the Regional CEO with day-to-day business activities and carry out operational and administrative tasks to further enhance the CEOs capability to expand, develop and manage the business efficiently and effectively.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide full executive and personal assistance to the Regional CEO and leadership team, including managing calendars and meeting schedules.
Acting as the point of contact between the Regional CEO and internal and external parties.
Manage personal and corporate expense reports.
Accompany the Regional CEO/Management team to the meetings and take a dictation-notes and handle incoming and outgoing official correspondences as well as handling sensitive and confidential correspondences.
Execute meeting Agendas, carry out the meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Draft, review, and edit reports, communications, and presentations.
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
Maintain & archive records and documents for the Regional CEO.
Handle travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Screen and direct the phone calls to the Regional CEO and accurately communicate messages and information to the BU executive.
Determine priorities, re-direct matters to the responsible executive and communicate effectively
Develop and curate engaging, high-quality content for the Regional CEOs social media platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
RequirementsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Level of Education - Bachelors degree (Business Admin or equivalent)
Years of Experience - 3 years PA/EA/Admin
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
MS Office - Advanced
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment - High
