About the Role :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. This role is crucial in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication and operations within the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage and organize the executive's schedule, including meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence as needed.
• Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, and conferences.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for the executive team.
• Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including expense reporting, document filing, and record-keeping.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all interactions.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
