We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support our Finance Manager. This role involves a combination of general accounting tasks and personal assistant duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in General Accounting, Payables, and Receivables
• Support the Finance Manager with daily administrative tasks
• Maintain financial records and documentation
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounts Department (General Accounting/Payables/Receivables)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to start immediately
• Preference for female candidates
