Role Description: As a Secretarial/Manager's Assistant within the HR department, your role will be integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of human resources activities. You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to HR managers and team members. This will involve managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as assisting in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records. Additionally, you'll be tasked with drafting and proofreading HR documents such as job descriptions and policies, coordinating training and development programs, and facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Given the sensitive nature of HR information, you'll be expected to always handle confidential data with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars and schedules for HR managers.
• Assist in the coordination of HR-related meetings and events.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
• Respond promptly to internal and external HR inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments on HR-related initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role or a similar capacity, preferably within an HR department for minimum 3 years.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and HR Software.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive information.
