Job Description

• Manage CEO's schedule, meetings, and travel.
• Assist with event planning, vendor coordination, and VIP arrangements.
• Monitor timelines and follow up on tasks.
• Prepare basic reports and conduct industry research.
• Handle sensitive information professionally.
• Manage occasional personal appointments.
• Screen and respond to emails and calls.
• Organize agendas and materials.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience is also valuable.
• 3+ years of experience as a personal or executive assistant
• valid UAE Driving license

Job Type: Full-time
