Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, screening and directing communication appropriately.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate and oversee special projects and events as assigned by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Conduct research and compile data as requested by the CEO to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responses.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands for the CEO as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE, if not already based in the country.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
