Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO.
Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks, deadlines, and requests to ensure the CEO\'s time is optimized.
Office Management: Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor management.
Special Projects: Assist in special projects, research, and presentations as assigned by the CEO.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant is preferred.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proactivity: A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work outside regular hours if needed.
