Main job responsibilities Answering the CEO's emails and phone calls Scheduling meetings and booking travel arrangements. Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings Help with daily time management Run errands as requested Draft correspondence such as emails, contracts, and letters Composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential Arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; Compiling documents for travel-related meetings Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO ensuring all requirements are made e.g., meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas. Researches, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Essential requirements Appropriate to the image of the company, a professional image must be reflected and worn at all times within the organization and towards the clients Discretion and trustworthiness Good oral and written communication skills, organizational skills Excellent skill set in Microsoft Office suite The ability to be proactive and take the initiative. Good organizational attitude and ability to remind/follow up on all open matters.
