Nationwide Properties LLC - an award-winning real estate broker in AUH are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Group CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:
Managing the CEO\'s calendar and scheduling appointments
Handling all correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO
Attending meetings and taking detailed notes
Providing general support to the CEO as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or related field
Arabic speaker with fluent English skill
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
