We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, managing schedules, and handling confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and prioritize communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to emails, calls, and correspondence. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Organize and coordinate special projects and events, including meetings and corporate functions. Assist with personal tasks and errands as required, ensuring the CEO's needs are efficiently met. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and communications. Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, supporting senior management. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in office software and technology, including MS Office Suite. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
