Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. From managing schedules and appointments to assisting in daily tasks, the Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations. Responsibilities: Managing schedules and appointments. Handling correspondence and phone calls. Organizing and maintaining files and records. Making travel arrangements. Running errands and performing miscellaneous tasks. Assisting with personal tasks as needed. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
