Job Description

We're seeking a proactive and efficient Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for the CEO. Should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. This individual should be able to draft documents, create effective PowerPoint presentation and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. Duties Calendar management for CEO Aid CEO in meeting preparations Responding to the emails on the CEO's behalf Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for the CEO Professionally Manage social media for CEO Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics With experience in social media management. Excellent in preparing PowerPoint presentation. Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Please send your CV
