Job description We are currently recruiting for an executive assistant or HR coordinator. The ideal applicant would be a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. This worker should have previous expertise working in an office setting, executing administrative tasks, and assisting administrators. Given the ever-changing nature of the executive landscape, we rely on executive assistants to be adaptable and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations, as well as an HR coordinator who is in charge of coordinating all administrative activities involving an organization\'s personnel. His /Her responsibilities include creating recruitment tactics, designing systems for controlling employee benefits and behavior, and onboarding new employees. Key Responsibilities
Recruiting.
Fostering a safe working environment.
Managing employee relationships.
Managing compensation and benefit packages.
Handling disciplinary issues.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Overseeing training programs.
Manage the managing director\'s calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and phone calls to ensure prompt responses and follow-up.
Prepare and edit letters, presentations, and reports on behalf of the managing directors.
Help with the preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and use care when handling confidential situations.
Conduct research and prepare data as needed to assist the managing directors with decision-making and strategic planning.
Assist with specific projects and activities as allocated by the managing directors.
Skills and Qualifications
1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Outstanding interpersonal skills
A bachelor\'s degree is preferred
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
