We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Human Resources team in delivering exceptional service and operational efficiency. This full-time role is exclusively for Emirati nationals and requires a motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR functions while managing schedules, correspondence, and administrative tasks for the HR leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
• Manage schedules of Senior management team, including arranging meetings, appointments, and events.
• Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and memos with attention to detail.
• Organize and maintain HR documents, records, and files for easy accessibility.
• HR Support:
• Assist with HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and updating databases.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure the smooth execution of HR initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between head of HR and other departments, facilitating effective communication.
• Office Coordination:
• Handle travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event coordination.
• Monitor office supplies and ensure operational needs are met.
• Support HR team member in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the HR team in a courteous and professional manner in all interactions.
Requirements:
• Nationality: Emirati (as part of the UAE's national workforce development initiative).
• Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in an administrative role (experience in HR is a plus).
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
