Overview

Duties & Responsibilities






Offer personalized service that is attentive to the needs of VIP guests. Coordinate and assist with check-in and check-out, ensuring an impeccable reception. Arrange and fulfill special requests, such as restaurant reservations, tours, and events. Assist in cleaning rooms, organizing luggage and laundry service. Serve meals and beverages in guestrooms or private areas as required. Maintain ongoing communication with hotel staff to promptly respond to guest requests. Anticipate guests' wishes and preferences, ensuring an exclusive and differentiated service. Ensure maximum discretion, confidentiality and attention to detail in customer service. Know and suggest hotel services and facilities to enhance the guest experience. Support for guests' needs and requests, being able to anticipate them throughout their stay in a very detailed manner, with etiquette and protocol at the highest service standards. Functions according to luxury standards; Reception of guests according to expected standards;
