Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to a private individual. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of tasks in an exclusive luxury residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the principal's daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and personal matters with discretion. Coordinate household staff, vendors, and service providers. Assist with personal shopping, errands, and lifestyle management. Organize meetings, social events, and reservations as required. Oversee administrative tasks such as bill payments, expenses, and record-keeping. Liaise with luxury service providers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the residence.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a private household or luxury setting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools. High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality. Knowledge of Dubai's luxury lifestyle, high-end services, and hospitality is a plus. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and demands.
