• Organize the co-founders calendars, balancing business and personal commitments
• Plan and manage all travel logistics for both business and family trips
• Handle emails, calls, and messages promptly and professionally
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations accurately and on time

Personal Assistance

• Primary contact for the co-founders families, handling personal appointments, school and family events
• Oversee home maintenance, contractor coordination, and ensure smooth household operations
• Coordinate car maintenance, repairs, registrations, and insurance renewals
• Manage personal finances, track expenses, handle invoices, and liaise with banks
• Utilize UAE connections to arrange services, secure bookings, and get things done efficiently
• Organize social events, managing everything from guest lists to entertainment

General Responsibilities

• Act as a gatekeeper, resolving issues proactively and efficiently
• Maintain the highest level of discretion and privacy
• Assist in managing various business and personal projects, ensuring timely completion

What we are looking for:

• 3-5 years as a Personal or Executive Assistant, with a focus on personal and family assistance
• Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
• Excellent English proficiency; Arabic is a plus
• A robust UAE network
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours and travel as needed
