•Position Overview: •
•The Personal Assistant at iPay is responsible for supporting the daily operations and activities. This position involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the Manager's office.•
•Job Responsibilities: •
• •Provide high-level administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.•
• •Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.•
• •Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.•
• •Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials.•
• •Collaborate with other departments and team members to facilitate efficient and effective communication and coordination of activities.•
• •Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, expense reports, and financial documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.•
• •Maintain and update confidential files, records, and databases, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.•
• •Assist in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and other special projects as assigned.•
• •Conduct research, gather information, and prepare reports or presentations for various business initiatives as directed.•
•Requirements: •
• •3 years of experience as an office manager, executive assistant, or personal assistant supporting senior executives.•
• •Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.•
• •Calendar and Schedule Management.•
• •Exceptional organizational and time management skills.•
• •Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.•
• •Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.•
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
