Job Description
Our client is looking to hire a Personal Assistant (Russian Speaker) to be based in Dubai, UAE.Overview of the role:
The purpose of the role is to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to the Company\'s CEO and direct family in Dubai. The role is front facing, requiring direct collaboration with high net worth individuals.Main responsibilities:

- Act as the point of contact between the Company CEO and direct family members and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments in cooperation with CEO\'s assistants abroad with a different time zone.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Take dictation and minutes.
- Produce presentations and briefs as needed.
- Emphasis and focus on driving the CEO and family to meetings, hotels, restaurants, etc.
- Help them in carrying laptops, documents, luggage, etc.
- Higher education required
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant or in similar positions.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English is required, Russian and any other language a plus
- UAE Driving license is mandatory.
