Arabic & English Speaking Personal Assistant (Real Estate/Development) Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Redpath Partners are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join a Real Estate Development company as the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in Real Estate, Development or Banking companies, possess excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Communication: Act as a liaison between Arabic-speaking clients and the team, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.
Documentation: Prepare and manage important documents, reports, and correspondence in both Arabic and English.
Real Estate/Development Assistance: Leverage your industry experience to support real estate and development-related tasks, including market research, property management coordination, and project documentation.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant in Real Estate, Development or Banking companies is essential.
Fluent in both Arabic and English
Candidate must be already based in the UAE.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
