An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to work alongside a high net worth individual assisting with business and personal matters working both from home and his private residence.
Duties include:
Extensive diary management and meeting coordination
Coordinating complex travel and accommodation bookings, managing the logistics to create itineraries and update calendars
Assisting with all aspects of home life including paying invoices and dealing with insurances, utilities, medical appointments and vehicles
Diarising to ensure timely renewals of policies
Scheduling essential property maintenance
Online purchases and returns
Document and file management
Project support
Ensuring deadlines are met by staff members
Ad hoc errands
Skills and Experience required:
Maintain an exceptional level of discretion at all times
Excellent fluency in English
Highly experienced professional with a PA background at Director or Board Member level dealing with both business and personal matters
Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
Highly organised and proactive, able to act on your own authority and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Impeccable attention to detail
The ability to multitask and prioritise
Able to work under pressure when handling numerous and conflicting priorities. Effective time management and the ability to adapt are essential
Own car and valid driving license for errands
