We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level support to an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individual based in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in supporting C-suite executives and be well-versed in managing complex schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders, and handling a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities: * Complex Scheduling: Efficiently manage the UHNW individual\'s complex and ever-changing schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the UHNW individual and external parties, including business associates, family members, and service providers.
Travel Management: Organize international and domestic travel itineraries, ensuring seamless logistics and accommodations.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all personal and professional matters, handling sensitive information with discretion.
Communication: Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the UHNW individual.
Meeting Coordination: Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both in-person and virtually, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
Document Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical files, documents, and records.
Expense Management: Handle expense reporting, reimbursements, and financial documentation.
Project Support: Assist with various projects and tasks as assigned by the UHNW individual, which may include research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
Problem Solving: Proactively anticipate issues and find solutions to challenges that may arise in the course of the UHNW individual\'s daily activities.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, with a strong background supporting C-suite executives or UHNW individuals.
Education: Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software and tools.
Discretion: Strong sense of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with a proactive and flexible attitude.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently when necessary.
Residency: Candidate must be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Availability: Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required.
