Job Description

Provide full administrative support and secretarial service to the Director of Human Resources including calendar/time management, travel arrangements, day-to-day coordination, communications, internal and external correspondence, and other office responsibilities.

10+ years of experience as Personal assistant or Secretary to CEO/Director/ COO. Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English Must have prior experience with ERP system. Holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, or any related field. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources.
