Support to validate and coordinate import/export transactional requirements,
Ensures pre-transaction regulatory requirements are fulfilled, using a deep knowledge and understanding of global trade compliance operations practices and procedures.
To facilitate and oversee daily transactions.
They're also responsible for executing trades and keeping customer records.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT/SECRETARY:
Manage and maintain the directors schedule and email account.
Filter emails highlight urgent correspondence and print attachements.
Generate and compile reports and communications, format information for internal and external communication (memos, email, detailed presentation, info) etc.
Prepare powerpoint presentation to support proposal efforts by helping with research and if necessary, managing special projetcs.
Ensure busy diary commitments, papers, and travel arrangements are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers, etc. and trobuleshooting problems.
Conduct weekly diary meeting with the managing partner to dicsuss upcoming engagements, invitation, and other requests.
Schedule on behald of the managing partner meetings betweem him and his direct reports and the committees and groups to which he is a member.
Coordinate travel and accomodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for the managing partner match his requirements.
SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:
Excellent communication skills in english and russian speaker are mandatory (both written and verbal)
With relevant corporate support experience
Proficient knowledge of microsoft suite, word, excel and powerpoint.
Execellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills with good presentation skills.
Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive and confidential information.
